Can I come in to your store?
Unfortunately no. Our company is strictly online. Everything from designing to shipping is done through email and this web site. Give us a try, you won't be disappointed.

What is your delivery time?
We offer delivery time within 2-4 business days after final approval. Although, in some cases it may take up to 6 business days. Delivery is based on UPS ground and their shipping schedule. 99% of the time, shipping is done within 2-4 business days. Next day service and Second day air is available for an additional fee.

How much is shipping?
There are no shipping charges for business card orders of 1,000 or more within the U.S. Outside the U.S. shipping charges will apply and vary.

Can I pick up my cards from you?
We don't have a pick up location. All business cards are shipped directly to the buyer.

Can I contact your clients for references?
We encourage you to contact our clients. All of our clients are 100% satisfied customers.

Can I order more than 1,000 cards?
Yes you can. Although, we don't suggest you order more than 1,000 cards. Our research has shown that most people will change their business cards at least once per year. So, it would be a waste of resources and your money to order any more.

How do I send you my info?
Fill out the "New Order" form immediately with all the information you want on your card. Then, you will be directed to the payment page and we will get to work on your design within 24 hours or less. If you have a logo that you would like us to use, please email it to us after you place your order. Our email is located at the top of this page.

Do you offer refunds?
Our designers are paid per job, therefore we don't offer refunds, but we do offer replacement of any defective card free of charge.

Do you design cards for any industry?
Yes we do. We design cards for any type of industry and/or individual.

What's the difference between a "new order" and a "re-order"?
You can be a returning customer with a new design in mind. Although you're a returning customer, we consider any new design a New Order.

Re-orders are when you order a previous job we already did for you. In other words, there is no designing or set up involved. We simply take your previous file and place a printing order.

WEB DESIGN FAQ

What is your completion time? Each site greatly depends on the customer. The faster our customers get the information we need for their site, the faster we can finish. Our goal is to have each site ready within 5 business days.

How many pictures can I include? Typically, we recommend no more than 10 pictures per page per category on a basic package. In some cases, depending on the content provided, we may be able to do a few more without exceeding 15 pictures per page per category at no charge.

Will you label each picture? We will label up to 5 pictures per page per category. If your page has over 5 pictures with labeling required, we will either charge $35 per page per category or the client can email each picture already labeled.

Can I add more than 10 pictures on a single page? Yes you can. However, there will be a charge of $50 per 10 additional pictures added per page. For example, if you want to add 30 more pictures, that will equate to $150 for that page, or $150 for every 30 pics you add. We bill in increments of 10, which means you must have exactly 10 pictures per block per page before we can add.

Can I add more pages to my site? We can always add more pages to any site. Additional pages are $100 per page added.

What if i want more business cards than what you offer with my package, can I order more? We currently offer 1,000 business cards for $100 with free shipping. If you bought the 5 page web package and need more cards, simply click here to order. If you bought the 10 page web package and need more than 1,000 cards, we can certainly increase that amount. The price will vary depending on you order size.

Can you enlarge my thumbnail pictures? Yes we can. We will enlarge up to 5 pictures per page if needed free of charge. However, if you would like 5 pictures or more enlarged, we charge a $10 photo enlargement fee per picture, per page.

What is included in my monthly updates? We update pictures (up to 10 pictures per page per month), optimization and textual content. We do offer another yearly package if you feel your site will require more than the package offered. Call or email for details as these prices can change.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I get a refund if I cancel my hosting early?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Your hosting is paid for one full year and cannot be returned.

NOTE - Updates to any site hosted with King of Business Cards do not include the original design layout. A new layout or "tweaking" the layout would be considered a new design, therefore making it a new web site.
